Reviewers must all accept before a task can move to Accepted. Any reviewer can request a redo.

Admin passwords are managed outside Studio PM. Yours is stored offsite for disaster recovery — to rotate it, go through OpenProject's admin UI directly and update the offsite copy. This prevents drift between the live credential and the recovery copy.
